When I mounted it all commands dissapeared :S

It does take some skill and time to recover from a software issue like this, so you need to be patient with it.

Did you accidentally mount to /mnt instead of /mnt/gentoo? This would make commands no longer work.

Try:

mount /dev/xvda2 /mnt/gentoo

If it mounts successfully, you'll then need to configure your network adapter to your IP before continuing.
