Restrict shield Admin mod

So i have tried the admin_restrictweapon 8 8, and it doesnt work, is there any other way i can disable it? let me know how i should type it in, maybe i am doing it wrong...thanks guys!

Switch to the latest version of amx mod. As of now thats the best way to restrict any weapons. I dont think there are any permanent restriction plugins for AM, nor do I think it even works.

put this in your adminmod.cfg

// Ban Shields
admin_cs_restrict 1
admin_command admin_restrict 8 8

yup, must have the latest version of admin mod to restrict weapons such as the shield efficiently
