amx admin probs

Seems weird, but I have tried to add an admin with their steam being 5 numbers instead of 6, and it wont work.

I have had this problem twice now. I cant add any admins with 5 numbers... I have no idea why... makes no sense to me at all... but whenever they have 6 it has been fine... Is there something that you have to do in the place of it? or is this just weird and not make any sense...?

5 numbers including the 0 part?

I have 3 numbers at the end of that, and my admin works on servers.

you need to put the full steam id in there.

I have no idea why it does this... but both times i have tried to add an admin with 5 #'s it just doesnt seem to work... It seems impossible that this would be a problem... but I have no idea.. lol

I don't think there's a 5 number id. If there is the it should be like this: STEAM_0:1:12345 or STEAM_0:0:123456. I think those are the only 2 types. But i'm not sure...

My steam id is only 4 numbers like this: STEAM_0:0:1234 , so there are many lengths of steam ids.

Did you restart your server after you put it in? It doesn't work until you restart.
