Server Sound: Headshot

I don't understand why my server doesn't say "headshot" anymore when someone got a headshot. I had never uploaded any sound or anything. By default it used to say "headshot," but since the moment i expand my server from 12 to 14 slots, the server doesn't say "headshot" anymore. Is there a setting i should change or something? Please help me out.

Eesh, not sure why you want it, that is the most annoying .wav ever. But the problem might not be in your server, might be your CS. That is just a .wav file on in your cstrike and there might be a problem with it. If it is a problem with the server it has to do with your statsme settings.
