Problem with VDS

so, ever since you guys had problems in Chicago about a week ago, our Mohaa servers are always showing offline, but are showing online on xfire. we're able to use them, but we're unable to use Easy setup and a few other things in our control panel, where first time users with this site, and we're kinda getting an odd feeling about it already : / is there any idea when these things will be taken care of?

Not to mention is the wrong section.

If this is a managed VDS, please do open a support request, so that we can take a look. I've never heard of that happening before and it is unlikely that it can be fixed without manual intervention.
