no2. where can i config a constant admin_csay i see in some servers that sends a message about the clan the runs accross the screen e.g "visit http://www.187clan.com for info" or something like that to scroll accross the screen ive seen it on some servers.

For 1, that's called the MOTD and it's stored in a file called motd.txt in your main server directory. The format of the file is HTML and you can put pretty much whatever you want in there, including links to images if you'd like to.

For 2, you'll want to look in either adminmod.cfg or amx.cfg, depending on which mod you are running. There should be lines in there for timed messages. With AMX, look for amx_scrollmsg; with admin mod, look for amx_scrollmsg.

the one and only addons/adminmod/config/adminmod.cfg

adminmod.cfg its called

in that file, you edit it for admin_repeat_msg " "

inside the quotes, it states whatever you want.
