How do i set to a 24/7 single map rotation.
I place dust2 in the command line and removed everything else from the mapcycle and maplist.
second how would i be able to disable voting?

I don't know if this specific game differs from other CS games from Valve, but to make the server run only one map, you still need to have a map rotation. Just list the same map 2-3 times in the mapcycle file with no other maps.
As for voting, I don't know about that yet in CS:GO.
