fourdeltaone MW2 problem on VDS

i'm renting a VDS. the sole purpose for renting it is to run two MW2 dedicated servers using fourdeltaone's software. currently i have a fourdeltaone MW2 server running on one my own machines here in my office. it runs great.

i encountered trouble on my VDS with this software. the dedicated server exe won't even run. it goes straight to the same error every time. here are two screenshots showing the error message i get:

the VDS is running Windows Server 2008 R2.
was wondering if Windows Server 2003 would solve the problem?

any insights that anyone may have would be greatly appreciated

Check your events log, the cause will be listed there. Most likely, you'll need to install/update the .Net from Microsoft.

Aye, it's likely you need a certain .NET version or specific MSVC redist.
