So what maps do good in BF3 these days? Also game modes?

Any popular mods people like to have on their servers?

I am planning to give BF3 server another try.
I had my server full for the first month and then after R8 update everything went downhill and pretty much gave up.

I would say ever since CQ was released it has been probably the most popular, it is all I play when I open the game now.
