hello iv had your server for about a month and iv decided to switch hosters simply because i can get the same server i have now with the same price but with 6 more slots... you provided very well but ur server and prices are to leet for me so i can no longer stay with you. how can i completely cancel my payments and stop?.. thanks

Q: What's the correct process to cancel my server?
A: Always tell us your plans to cancel in email; otherwise, we will take it down as soon as we see the cancellation in PayPal, for security reasons. In your email, please include an explanation of why you are taking it down, because we want to make sure it's not something we could fix, and we'd like feedback on where we may have gone wrong; also tell us whether we need to keep the server up for the remainder of the time you paid for. After sending the email, simply cancel the subscription in PayPal. If you have any questions about this process, email us.

When you come back, keep in mind that you can save money with us by going with a lesser location such as Hybrid and not purchasing options such as High Priority service.

They're may be cheaper servers out there, but there's a reason for that.
