What is the permission to give to someone for the ./gm command?

the ./gm command permision isnt there...

i want it where only the one person an say ,.gm for herself not to give it to other peeps?

The gm command is there:

Cheat 	gamemode 	gm, creative, creativemode 	Change player gamemode. 	/<command> [player] [creative|survival]
Instructions: 	This command will toggle between the two game modes. It will default to yourself.
Permissions: 	
essentials.gamemode 	Allow access to the /gamemode command.
essentials.gamemode.others 	Allows you to change the gamemode of other players.

Also, if your not running Essentials, you can always use the Bukkit Permissions for /gamemode or /gm (Although if you have Essentials, it will take presidence over the command and node).
