Our guys were looking for clarification, and I didn't want to tell them anything that was incorrect.

I am to understand that reserved slots are now working, but Premium players have priority over our own clan members who are not Premium players who are on the reserved list?

No, your VIPs have priority over all players in the queue, including Premium players. Premium players have priority over regular players only.

You need to decide between aggressive join (which kicks a player) or regular join (which pulls someone from the queue when a slot opens up).
