i was wondering how do i place a banner in my backround when u come into the server and it shows all the rules and stuff

i still dont get it i do <HTML> then the website or what?

You would have to put standard HTML code in there. If your server is from October or later, it already has some example code.

The Internet is a great resource for learning HTML. Every webpage you see is written in it, and there are mounds of information everywhere on it. You might also find it easy to also use a program like FrontPage to design the page.
