Should managed servers have the option to reboot?

Should managed servers have the option to reboot?

I know the unmanaged servers have this feature available, would it be possible to add this feature to managed servers too?

You actually asked us about this being there and then removed. John explained why access to such an option isn't there, and the same still applies:
