EDGE help again with adding admin

Heylow everybody, I read the faq and i still don't get it...

first for amx i went to the users thingy and I added this

"(my Ip)" "" "cdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz" "de"

and it still don't work is this correct format? and also for admin mod

STEAM_0:0:1257192::77823

is that correct format? help

Hmm, is there any particular reason you're using your IP for AMX but not for admin mod?

Those look generally accurate to me. Did you restart the server after adding them?

I got admin mod to work now...but not amx...

you gotta put quotes for the password part

now admin and amx won't work

Perhaps some admins would help us add our admins, just like 2-6 admins

...yes..that would be good . Even maybe just one admin to show us how to do it.

Admin worked fine before, but amx didn't

Now both of them don't

I tried the amx thing above and Saved the changes and didn't work.
Do I have to restart the server? I tried that also.
