What is the difference between Dedicated & Virtual Dedicated servers?
What would you recommend for 32 slot (20 servers max), Ventrilo, & Website + Forums?

Fundamentally, a dedicated machine is physical, un-shared hardware. A virtual dedicated server is shared with others. Sometimes a VDS can be faster than a dedicated machine, sometimes not. We talk more about how VDSes work here: https://www.nfoservers.com/virtual-dedi ... entals.php
For those services, an unmanaged 2-core VDS would likely be appropriate. Note that the Ventrilo license would limit you to running an 8-slot server, I believe.
