So after today's update my servers are not allowing more than 5 people per team. It is set at 30+ players, people can join but not join the teams. So basically my servers are being soft capped at 10 people now.
I have searched for an answer via google, steam, and here and have not found an answer.

Have you tried deleting your gamemodes.txt and re-downloading it?
