So I'm just posting what I wrote into the ticket thing.
For example our deathmatch 2 server shows 4/13 players.. but when you right click on it and press show server info it shows 15/24 . There are only 4 human players and the rest bots. I don't know why it shows in the server list 4/13 slots. The deathmtach server however itself is a 24 slot, but shows up as 13 or sometimes even 7,8,9 when players join. I don't know why.

Valve did this on purpose but i don't like it.
