How do i cancle my account with NFO, it includes a 12 person public server and some webspace. Thanks, please let me know.
PS-Nothing to do with any sort of bad service(NFO rocks) just cant pay for it anymore. THanks!

Q: What's the correct process to cancel my server?
A: Always tell us your plans to cancel in email; otherwise, we will take it down as soon as we see the cancellation in PayPal, for security reasons. In your email, please include an explanation of why you are taking it down, because we want to make sure it's not something we could fix, and we'd like feedback on where we may have gone wrong; also tell us whether we need to keep the server up for the remainder of the time you paid for. After sending the email, simply cancel the subscription in PayPal. If you have any questions about this process, email us.
