Players try to join rotation server but shows they are banne

Why are players being told that they have been banned from the server?
Multiple people are reporting this issue and it's becoming super annoying.
I am not sure what else to say, this is becoming one huge frustrating problem for my second server.

We are not even having half the problems with our primary server as this server is having..
