This was released some time ago but unfortunately still doesn't work right -- in our testing, it crashes the servers. I made an autoinstaller a couple of weeks ago, but I have to wait until they work out the kinks before I can activate it.
If you wish to test Mani on your server, make sure to use the latest version (not the one from that old post).
