This is relatively easy to do. You can ban and kick directly through rcon (using the control panel or in-game), even without a plugin. This is something that you would need to do on the server side, by configuring its starting map and mapcycle (the "Easy setup" page in the control panel can be used for this). You can also change the map on the fly by using the "changelevel" command through rcon.2- When I make a server connection on Steam can I choose what Map to play
We include the default Valve maps, but you're welcome to download and add your own through the server FTP, as well. Maps generally need to be uploaded to the "maps" folder in the FTP, and then become usable.3- What Maps can I play that are listed with your server.

I'm not familiar with ymap specifically, but a good way to check out how the server might perform would be to test another one at your desired location. You will also be able to test your own server during the free trial period for a full two days. During that period, you can reconfigure it if you need to, including by moving it do a different location.5-I am on a ymap connection,will I have any lag or ping problems?
