TS3 and gametracker on vps

I Have my TS3 server setup and running on my vps i can connect to it fine via clients and a bot that i have to run on it but for some reason i can not get game tracker to see the server. the best answer i can come up with with NFO claims its not is that traffic on port 9987 which is what my ts3 server default port was is blocked this is thanks to the wonderful canyouseeme.org site tells me it cant see me on that port while connected to the vps anyone have any ideas this would be much appreciated.

It's nothing to do with your ports.
You have to give Guest permission to access your server info.

permissions have all been set already and it still fails i have also whitelisted all the ips gametracker says should be.

Your using the default ports of 9987 and 10011?

Also canyouseeme will always say 9987 is blocked.
It queries port 10011 and that should be the one that's available.
