phpmyadmin

If i use cookies instead of http i can access the control panel, however once I login the page cant be displayed, so I made sure that cookies was enabled but i still cant view the page

now i get this

what am i doing wrong?

I'm sure since I've never used phpmyadmin, but it sounds like you may have missed some files when uploading it. Did you follow the install guide to the letter?

A better place to ask may be the phpmyadmin forums

I have experince in PHPMyAdmin. Im currently at work but i will be in the IRC support channel tonight about 7pm(PST) Feel free to come in and i will be able to help you. I go to bed about 11pm FYI. I should he able to get you fixed up.
