New VDS, can't connect with Procon

We have a Game Servers layer that loads our server plugins for Battlefield 3 and provides Procon access.

Currently, the new VDS/VPS server can be added to the Game Servers layer but when we try to connect with Procon, it does not connect.

Additionally, we still have our regular server that is located in Dallas that also does not connect on Procon (and is added to our Game Servers layer) but our NY server does connect (both these are not VDS servers); thus, we think it has something to do with a configuration on the Dallas side.

All the necessary information pulled from the NFO CP has been added but it's not working.

-RCon PW

Some help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: Game Servers made a correction on their end, not specified, and it fixed the problem.

First mistake was going with Gameservers. lol
But I guess many started of with them at the beginning.
