Hello,
I was instructed to post on the forums via your support staff. As John, the CEO, is the only one who may solve my issue.
Many many years ago I created an account as I was planning on splitting a server with a friend. The email address was mine, but we set the name to his as we were going to use his credit card, etc.
Well, long story short, the account is all mine, billing is all under my name, but it still shows another name on my control panel, as well as every time someone replies to my ticket.
Would it be possible to change the account name to mine?
Best,
ShadeZeRO

One option would be to create a new account entirely, but if you had servers on this account that could present more of a headache.
Issues like this actually do need to be handled via a support request by John. Try replying to that request asking it go to John with an explanation on why you need the name changed.
In most cases this is not something we can do for security reasons but if your reasoning seems legitimate.

@Kraze^NFo> Juski has a very valid point
@Juski> Got my new signature, thanks!
@Kraze^NFo> Out of context!
@Juski> Doesn't matter!
@Juski> You said I had a valid point! You can't take it back now! It's out there!

This is not something that can be handled through the forums, so if a staff member told you to post here, they must have misunderstood the situation.
