Adding Workshop items (Tried everything. Need help)

My server is acting funny, I am unable to install workshop addons at all. I have tried everystep on you website. None have worked. I tried the workshop.vtf Tutorial, GmadConvGUI_Source, and I have tried Easy Setup.

I am stumped any have no other ideas other than to post on forums, or(which i hope doesnt come to this) I have to switch Server hosters.

If their is anything anybody can think of that will help me please do say. If the owner/CEO of this company is seeing this than I want to say you run a great server hosting company, and I wish to be able in March when my server is fully developed, be able to bring back one of the top 5 servers in gmod 12 that I owned.

This seems to be an issue with Gmod itself as per the other thread:

Your naming the file incorrectly.
It's .vdf and not .vtf as I already replied to you in the other thread.
