can I get addon or how to create VIP rank where they will pay by paypal to get it and they will have access to special job, gun tools, etc ( darkrp ) ?

Ok, so basically it seems like you need,

• You have access to a webhost
  You have access to a MySQL server
  You have tmysql installed on your server
  You have a PayPal account
  You have basic Lua knowledge
  You have Common Sense

You should have everything here, if not it is lua knowledge.
What does this script do if your wondering? This might be good for you so this is how it works some one buys donator ect 10$. They recieve a email with a key after the payment has gone threw and ingame they can say somthing like !redeem XXXXXXXXXXXXX or XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX ect, and earn what ever they were earned.

MySQL Server

Web Host with PHP 5.1.2(or greater) installed. I greatly encourage you from using wamp or xampp as they were made for development only and not for production. They are much open than regular webhost therefor more exploitable.
Premier/Business Paypal account(its free to upgrade)

How to use or what this script is compared to the other script as mentioned a few lines above this.

• 1) you go to the donation page (as hosted with your webserver in requirments)
  2) You login to your steam
  3) Last of all hopfully you buy a perk,rank,cash, ECT with their credit card/paypal
  4) should be auto promoted and not the pain of checking ur email

Recommendation

Just have people donate to your paypal account via send money tab inside paypal. You dont have to waste money if you dont find a reliable coder(free coder is hard to find) or you dont have buy some of those scripts!
