Setup Time
How long will it take for a Virtual Server to be created? I ordered the x4 core package. It's been an hour already.

VDS servers usually take around 30-60 minutes for setup depending on the OS you chose. You should be able to track it's progress via the server control tab in your control panel.

Did you order the vds under your account, or did a friend order it for you? Did you pay for the vds? Do you have any emails about your NFO account/the vds your ordered?

I ordered it under my account. It is under the 2 day trial right now. I have one e-mail that says Thank you for ordering.

If you click the "help" button in your control panel we can take a look at your specific server.
