After alot of hours getting angry I've gone through all my steps.. I've contacted the Developer of the product and he tried to do the install himself.. He says it's a server config issue.. Anyways I get going through the install process and I get stuck at 30% and haven't made it past that point... It normally times out after sitting at 30% for awhile.. This is a very powerful Forum System not to many people have heard of it but when I found a few gaming sites running it I like it's capabilites.. The full version allows more capabilites but just as a starter the Burning Board Lite is more then enough.. Anyways If someone can help me get this installed would be awesome. I do know alot about forum structures and forum systems just this one has me stumped.
