APPCRASH server counter-strike 1.6

Hello, I have installed windows server 2008 R2 and cs servers give me APPCRASH, and plugin change, update the window, update the servers and even give me APPCRASH?. Look in my browser and it said it was because the servers were not compatible with window.

What is the error that you are seeing? What plugins are you running? Does the game crash with no plugins at all?
