Webserver FTP access

Hey, my web service was recently moved to a new server and a new IP, I like the new server it is faster, however, before the move I was able to access the FTP with windows, like I do with my gaming server's FTP. Now I can only access it using another FTP program, windows cannot access the FTP for the sites server. Windows can still access the gaming servers FTP without a different program. I was wondering if this problem was on my end or nuclearfallouts.

we just moved the webservers to Los Angeles, at Level3. perhaps you were trying then.

Try using your dns, xxx.nuclearfallout.net, all websites should be working, ftp included.

If you still having a problem, email rentals@nuclearfallout.net to correct this.

This was a problem with the firewall on the webserver box, that we had once before. I've fixed it again (for good) now.
