I looked at our dedicated server to see what your looking at, but in your screenshot, it appears you might not be logged in as Administrator.
But it may just be the way VDS is setup.

I can log on normally me but I can not access the local disk because I edit the permissions of users and bloquie all and now I can not go to the local disk

Guess we will have to wait for staff to see if they have any ideas.

If you don't have much on the servers, you could probably do a complete reinstall of windows on the server from the nfo control panel.

It sounds like one of your admins or applications, or an attacker who compromised one of these, has seriously disrupted your system. I recommend that you back up your files and wipe the drive.
