Something just dumped my full 64 player CTF server. Whether it be a Blaze player dump or a server crash, it's all pretty lame. None of my servers can stay alive a whole day especially not my CTF server...

Why does this happen? Does Blaze drop the connection or does the connection drop from the NFO side?

In most cases it's neither of them, while Blaze does have it's issues and does drop connections. In most cases it is the path to and back from Blaze. Somewhere along that incredibly long distance the connection is lost and the server kicks players.

I was at work all day and came home and was finally able to catch up with an admin/member of mine. He just told me that him and other clan members tried getting the servers going over and over again but it kept booting all the players out 5 times until they finally decided that it wasn't gonna happen and they gave in. So unprofessional.

Sorry, by saying "so unprofessional", I mean the nitwit(s) that decided the server should drop all of its players and not wait for the connection to be reestablished with Blaze. Nice going!

Perhaps the problem is you don't have enough BF3 servers? If you were to purchase, say 5 more, then you would own enough slots to alter the trading shares at EA. Like owning stock in the company. With that kind of influence you could demand more bandwidth for the pipes to/from your servers and the Blaze backend.

Just a thought.

I've seen a couple of other customers with that problem over the last couple of days, but I have seen only one big drop overall (earlier today, about 50% of BF3 players dropped at one point).

One other RSP was saying that a player balancing plugin was causing many drops for them. Are you running any sort of balancing plugin?
