VDS Issue - Hosting TeamSpeak 3

I wish to host my TeamSpeak 3 server on my VDS server (as well as a forum, which will be spoken about later.)

I have already bought my domain and a web hosting LTE plan, which was recommended by the Support Team to do such a feat.

I am now completely lost.

Current Situation:

I have the IP Address for what TeamSpeak 3's ini file set for the IP Address that my VDS was given. However, under Domains for my Web Hosting plan, I have it set as: arc-gaming.com

Going to arc-gaming.com , through a web browser works.
Going to my IP address that my VDS is on, through a web browser does not work.

IP: 74.91.122.199

Only thing that doesn't work is the connecting issue - Which the error from the logs say this:

When you say "connecting issue", could you clarify? Are you saying that you aren't able to connect to the TS3 server through your TS3 client, when you specify the IP?

TS3 does not run a webserver, so you can't go to http://74.91.122.199 to see the contents of files on your TS3 server, if that's what you're thinking. That is where running a separate webserver would need to come in.

So what should I have set for my IP Address for the TS3 server .ini file?
I bought the web hosting from NFO Servers and have my domain for: arc-gaming.com

You should set the IP assigned to your VDS in your TS3 file.

It's still not clear to me what you are saying is not working about the TS3 server.

That's what I had done.. and it's still not working for some odd reason.

What error do you receive when you open up the TS3 client and attempt to connect to 74.91.122.199?

I just tested it and it says "Failed to connect to server".
Assuming he's using default port and has no password.

I guess if your installing it with webhosting, your using a linux TS3.

Looks like it is running and waiting(listening) for a connection.
