When I add secondary users to the websync, I need them to be able to use the sync command...
Right now the only way for me to be able to do this is to give them access to the website.
Please give users Websync option to sync...

We require access to the website intentionally, for security reasons. Running the sync allows the user to put files onto the webhosting, when he or she would otherwise be unable to do this.
