SourceBans - query error

Post by Rising »

the few hours ago there was an error on my SourceBans
Now apparently UDP port 27015 was blocked and can not do to query on my GameServer

My SourceBans: http://bans.risingdead.net/

I am using this debug script provided on the official SourceBans to test, and this error occurredDebug

Error Debug: http://www.risingdead.net/sb_debug_connection.php

I am restart my game server, check the files banned_ip.cfg and firewall of my game server is disabled.

Did you double check all of your information just to cover the bases? All server information is correct, database passwords..etc?

Did you check the firewall tab in your control panel for your game server to confirm that there is no UDP block to said port?

From your post it seems that is randomly stopped working? If so was anything changed on your end that could've caused it not to make a proper connection?

Yep, i am check the files: database.cfg and server.cfg on gameserver and all ok, and try add my gameserver on my bans localhost and work,

My localhost SourceBans: http://rdbr.no-ip.org/bans/

it seems that my port 27015 is being blocked on web hosting :(

Is your server hosted with us? The IP's listed on your Sourcebans page go to Brazil.

There wouldn't be anything on our end that would block that port for us. Have you asked the place who is hosting your server to confirm it is not being blocked?

they do not block because I added the gameserver to my SourceBans localhost and it worked perfectly

Please read: http://sourcebans.net/node/25

"If your web panel shows Error Connecting for your game server when it is actually online,
ask your web host to open UDP incoming from your game server port (usually 27015)."

It looks like you have a request assigned to John about this. I don't believe the port is blocked but he'll be able to confirm this for you.
