Having problems can't change email.

I am trying to change my account email registered as " flx@live.com " to another email, and it says this

but i never receive the email..

I have even sent 3 emails to nfo support email but no replies.

I believe I handled one of your requests. It seems your client is either blocking emails from us, or it's going to your spam/bulk/junk folder.

That link isn't working for me, but it sounds like your email is either broken or replies are being sent to a spam folder of some sort. You may need to use the "Lost email" link on the control panel login page instead.

You can contact us through the "Help!" page in the control panel to see replies directly. One reason we have it is that email can be unreliable.

I mentioned using the "Lost email" function of the control panel. That's your best bet if your email is not working.

You would proceed to verify the payment information on the account so you could reset the email on the account to a different email.

Felix, if it's linked to a Paypal account that has the same malfunctioning email, that's really not good. You may need to contact Microsoft about this email problem.
