sv_pure 1 working yet?

Is it safe to use this option yet? anyone have an update on this?

It is supposed to work following the optional second update on Wednesday, and at least one customer has told us that it does. If you're having trouble with it on your server, make sure you have that update!

Anyone have the version number for the optional update? I did the server repair but I just want to make sure it's there

I'm not sure if they changed the version number with the optional update. But, an up-to-date server that I am looking at says this:
