Strange issue...not 100% sure if this is HLSW related or a setting on my VDS.
In HLSW, the problem is when I click "Get Log 'Internet'"...I get "LogAddress: timeout" in just about 5 seconds time.
Is there anything that needs to be done to make HLSW work with my VDS all the time? The reason I say "all the time" is because out of no where it will start working and say "Successful retrieving server log". Then I can see console and chat logs fine.... It was working perfect this morning, and then I completely restarted my VDS, and now not working. I have all appropriate UDP ports opened on my end. I have tried restarting everything on my end too.

I only have what is default on the "pre-installed" debian and on my control panel page "rate-limit Source queries to ports 27015-27030 to 50/s"
Haven't made any other modifications other than that. The weird thing is it works at times...I don't know why that would do any of it because I only click the button once.
I have also checked the HLSW.org site, and the only thing they say is I have to have a UDP port open on my end, which I do.
What shows in the server log on-disk (or in your server console) when you request it remotely? Are you seeing the rcon command that HLSW is supposed to be sending?
Do other actions in HLSW work (kicking players, "status", etc)?
