Greetings,
I am currently renting a VDS from NFOservers and I am running into an issue where I will lose connection to the VDS and anything on it. I am currently running a webserver + two tf2 servers + 1 Teamspeak 3 server on it.
The OS is windows server 2012.
When I lose connection I will not be able to view the website, enter the tf2 servers or enter the teamspeak. Note that this does not happen to anyone else. The server continues to run and others are able to connect to it just fine. Another interesting thing to note is that my roommate or anyone else on any other device cannot connect as well. The disconnects last for around 2-10 minutes at a time.
I had this issue once before for a day but then it seemed to have resolved itself. It is now back and I really need to fix it.
Any idea's?
Edit: it is also important to note that I do not lose connection to the internet. I am able to surf anywhere else but cannot connect to the server. I am infact typing this during one of my timeouts.
Losing connection to my VDS entirely.

This likely reflects a routing problem between you and the server -- your ISP may be having an issue with one of its transit links, for instance. Please open a support request and send us a copy of your tracert to and from the server (while it's occurring) and client IP, so that we can check it out.
I saw an issue like this earlier today with TWC (RoadRunner). XO also has been doing unannounced maintenance tonight in multiple locations.
