Is it possible to run a redirect from a VDS? I need to host the modded files and maps for a cod4 server.

Yes, you could run a webserver on an unmanaged VDS, configure it to respond properly at your desired address, copy over the files and folders from your server as described in http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =20&t=3839, and update your server.cfg file to have the redirect server be used.
