Process getting killed
On my VPS I am running a couple of server but once they have run for around 10 minutes I get this
and when this happens I can't do anything in console and everyone get disconnected from the server and can't reconnect.

Are you running out of memory? That's common with Minecraft servers on unmanaged VDSes, because it's easy to misconfigure them to use more than the system can support. Check the contents of your "dmesg" output for OOM errors.
