Could you reference your last request? We take daily backups of both the managed web hosting and MySQL databases and can restore these on request.

I am talking about a way for users to use the NFo control panel and simply backup the whole site including databases & then use the restore option. John said he would look into it but has not yet.

This would be a complicated system to implement and the lack of demand has kept it on the back-burner. At some point I hope to be able to do it. In the meantime, I recommend keeping your own backups.

I do keep my own backups, just thought it would make the process quicker and easier.
