Adding a New Directory to Subdomain

Post by ChosenOne »

I recently purchased an NFO Gmod Server and it came with the included webhost. Let's say that the website that it came with is xxx.site.nfoservers.com. How would I go about creating a new directory that would look something like this: xxx.site.nfoservers.com/server.

If you are trying to create a subdomain and have it point into a new directory simply enter the name of the subdomain you want into the "Subdomain" box and then in the box that says "Target" enter the name of directory you want. If it doesn't exist it will auto create it.

If you just want to create a new directory, connect to your websites FTP by using the information on the "File manager" tab in your control panel. Then double click on "public", right click in the blank space and select create.

@Juski> Doesn't matter!
@Juski> You said I had a valid point! You can't take it back now! It's out there!

That solved it. I was accidentally trying to connect to the public domain instead of going through the one on the file management page. Thank you very much for your help.
