Starting with build 251 a new command line value was added which will hide your server from the master list. This feature is specifically useful for customers who primarily use their servers for scrims or private matches.
To make your server hidden head over to the "File manager" tab in your control panel and select "Server.txt" from the drop down box. Create a new line and add "-hidden".
Save and restart your server and it will now be hidden from the master list.
The only way to connect to your server is via console by using "Connect 192.168.1.1:27015"
