I noticed that on your homepage, it says:

We're starting Spring a little early at NFO with some juicy price drops!
Prices on most game servers drop to 99 cents per slot
VDSes drop in price as much as 25% (including single-core options!)

I just wondered if you have discounts on the VDS at the moment? (is the price shown already discounted?!)

Thinking about running DayZ - I know I will need to install myself, which is fine

Or, do you have any discounts for people moving over from other providers? Anything like that? (hope you don't mind me asking! )

So I just applied this to my account <3 NFO for this big times.
but my payment page still shows the next billing cycle as Feb 20,
2014 and the confer did not reflect the $49 difference

ryry46d9, any price decrease will be reflected on your renewal, after you make the adjustment. With long terms, like a year, we provide a large discount partially because we know that prices tend to go down over time; it's also partially because the customer is providing more money up-front and a guarantee that he or she will keep the service for that time. I regularly recommend to clients that they choose smaller durations, such as 3 months (what I personally consider the sweet spot for serious customers), because the longer terms lead to inflexibility.
