MySQL located?

I have recently set up a HL2RP server all works except the MySQL when I get onto the game it just says [Clockwork] MySQL Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'sfn.game.nfoservers.com' (10061) but I am confused over the mysql_database and I do not know where the server database is anyways I need help with this...

MySQL is located on your web hosting server, which is in Seattle if I remember correctly. You are telling your game server to connect to mysql on your game server machine. Use your web subdomain if you have mysql set up there, something like clan.site.nfoservers.com, or clan.hosted.nfoservers.com.
