xampp and team speak 3 useing muiti ips at same time

hello my name is dj and i have having some issues with hosting team speak 3 and xampp we have set them to a ip but they are useing all the ips on are UMDVS

hoping some one could help trouble shoot :D

If they are bound to 0.0.0.0 they are set to use all IPs the O.S. has available. Xampp has apache, mysql, and FTP. They use ports 80, 3306, and 21 respectively. TS3 by default uses port 9987, so all of those programs should work together fine since they don't share ports.

Please explain in more detail the problem you are having.
