Subdomain not showing up.

Post by Sayshal »

Just talked to your support for an hour, and he/she (Siren) has no idea why my subdomain isn't working.

I'm trying to direct 'help.sngaming.org' to 'http://www.sngaming.org/help'.

Some info:
I am using CloudFlare, but I have tried with it completely disabled to no avail.
My other subdomains "magically" aren't redirecting now (they were less than 24 hours ago)

Support says my setup looks good in the control panel, and my .htaccess file is fine, so here I am.

Any more info, please ask.

CloudFlare needs to be completely disabled as our system does not support it. While it is possible to use CloudFlare with our webhosting, doing so will break certain aspects of our system here.

None of your subdomains appear to be working and the only reason I can see would be CloudFlare, so I would disable CF entirely and then retest.

As said in the main post, it has been. And that doesn't make much sense because when CloudFlare was active, the other subdomains were working flawlessly.

For us to be able to test this it needs to be completely disabled as of now. You should pause CloudFlare and set your domains DNS back to NS1/NS2.nfoservers.com then retest the issue after the DNS propagates, again.

I'm talking with CloudFlare support, I'll reply back if they can't solve this.

Thanks.
